Tenchi Muyo! was made for it’s time i guess.

looking at it today with new eyes would probably give you reasons as to why you may not like it, but i think for it’s time, it did the job as a decent anime.

Makoto drinks lots of milk because someone told her she’ld grow taller if she did; the result is lactose intolerant diarrhea. Besides Tenchi Muyo, there is also Magical Project S, aka Pretty Sammy, which is about Sasami and Misao as Magical Girls.

The original Tenchi OVAs and the first TV series were actually pretty entertaining. It was only after that that it went downhill; the less said about GXP and the third OVA the better.

Tenchi Muyo isn’t just bad,it just keeps getting worse.
The last serie of OVA (Ryo-ohki 3) is a summit:the plot has gotten out of control(don’t want to spoil you but it’s trully incredible where they went) and even the harem part is ruined.In it’s own way,it’s a must watch…still you need a lot of guts to do it.
Maybe you should watch it just to have a less then 10 points anime review ^^.

Hopefully all the Sasami spin-off are trully entertaining.
