Maya: Thanks :D

I'm thinking of checking out Nana, by the way. I've read some things in your blog, and it seems that this is really turning out interesting. I'll probably get to it as soon as I catch up with Futago Hime.

I think I would appreciate this post more if I had actually watched more than a few of the series that you've posted here. So far, I've only watched Ouran (which I felt was okay but not great), Ayakashi (which I thought was an AWESOME series as well), E7 (which I haven't finished yet), and Saiunkoku (which is turning out to be one of my favorite shows - ever). This demonstrates how bad I am at keeping up with current anime, but someday I will indeed watch all the shows you've mentioned here. Still, the post was interesting as your posts usually are. Thanks for taking the time to write it! :)

Omo: oh, don't get me wrong, I finished Ouran. The episodes focusing on the red-haired guy indeed were hilarious, though somehow, I didn't really like the alice-in-wonderland episode. Probably because of its predictability, though my memory's a bit fuzzy on that one.

I just want to echo that you HAVE to finish Ouran Host Club. Or at least get to the Alice in Wonderland episode... I don't know what you love best about Utena but to me you really need to watch one if you like the other...

And yes, more Mahou Shoujotai.

Quite an interesting selection you have there. I agree with the .hack//ROOTS having some of the best music. It's probably the only good point about the series.

I SERIOUSLY recommend you to check out the second half of Mahou Shoujotai. In my opinion, it's even better than the already amazing first half. ^_^

You are so right about Utena! What a great show! I love the music, the characters, the story. It's one of my favorite anime series ever.

Your mention of Mahou Shoujotai reminds me that I need to finish watching this great series. I watched about halfway through before life distracted me...
