It almost scared me as much as the infamous bathtub scene in an earlier episode of this arc (18?). I'll admit, I was pretty stunned to hear such fluent English being spoken. I wouldn't be surprised if the voice actor was actually born and raised in the U.S or Canada. In fact, they were so "American" sounding, subtitles were needed for the audience to understand! If you ever watch Detective Conan, you'll giggle at how awkward the characters speak English when they try to speak with foreigners... I've seen the raw for 21 and it's quite frightening and yes, Urado does show up for an up close and personal encounter... Scary episode. Serious usage of engrish never did an anime good, and it indeed was kindof funny to see a supposedly American speak it.
