w: oh, interesting. I must have missed that entry. I'm currently debating whether to watch it raw or wait for the subs.

Deltazechs: yeah, I can sortof understand what you mean, with Romeo x Juliet taking place in a fantasy-country and all. :P

GONZO is handling Kaze no Stigma and Romeo X Juliet?

I am very worried, but they did show they are capable of making good series like NHK

One problem with GONZO is that they often think that the original script isn't enough and they need to add in their own 'innovations'. Unfortunately, their 'innovations' usually botch the show up rather than strengthening it. Also, if GONZO puts in enough budget, their shows usually look good animation-wise (unless they decide to cut corners)

Ah, yes, I also loved Narutaru. It showed what really would have happened if children got possession of monster-like creatures. Bokurano seems to be the same thing, but then with mechas. I really can't wait for it. :)

Wow, a lot of titles sound very interesting, guess we're getting an extra helping due to lack of shows in Winter.

Bokurano is made by the same authror who did Narutaru, I'm expecting more extreme drama and dark themes involving children. Narutaru depressed the heck out of me and made me uncomfortable a lot but I love anime that can really make me feel something and has a good message about the fragility of youth and why we should help them and not ignore them when they are filled with emotional bruises, which this author seems to do very well. The trailer that's on youtube has Moonlight Sonata playing while melancholy pictures flash with japanee text, it looked pretty good.
