But no one's mentioned the equally outstanding animation. The blend of 2D and 3D is as flawless as it gets, and each frame is as well designed as a painting. There's even movement among the crowd scenes, which usually get rather short-changed in most other animes. Seirei no Moribito is really an outstanding piece of work from both the dramatic and techinical perspectives. Everyone’s talking about the outstanding writing of this show, and I agree. But no one’s mentioned the equally outstanding animation. The blend of 2D and 3D is as flawless as it gets, and each frame is as well designed as a painting. There’s even movement among the crowd scenes, which usually get rather short-changed in most other animes.

Seirei no Moribito is really an outstanding piece of work from both the dramatic and techinical perspectives.

I can't false these first 3 eps. There was no single waste minute. My favourite of this season, and it has potential to be my all time favourite! But it's definitely turning out to be an interesting series, this one. I love it.
