I have to agree with PikaPika that Ookiku Fruikabatte was an exccelent series, but then again I'm a fan of sports anime and it's not everone's favorite genre.

Unfortunately not many of the anime you have listed are subbed (or I'm just not interested in) The only ones on your list I watch are Kekkaishi and Toward the Terra. I agree Kekkaishi just gets better and better, it's a very different type of Shounen with actual character development. I'm a little lagging on Toward the Terra but I do find it very enjoyable and emotional, hopefully I'll like it in the end as much as you have.

Wow, that's a hell lot of animes, though, it is rather sad that you skipped Ookiku Furikabutte. The anime has just ended and it is constantly great from start to finish. Hopefully you can give this series a second chance.

Ray:
About Claymore, the episodes I counted were the ones that aired this month, which means episodes 23-26. I agree that the beginning of the northern arc was awesome, but for September, it just turned dull.
Regarding El Cazador, character-development may indeed not have been the right word. It's more that the characters are fleshed out so well with the first half. Sure, the entire thing could have been done in 13 episodes as well, but I think that the charms wouldn't be the same for me.

And sure, the story moves at a snail's pace, but it does actually move. Nearly every episode has a small bit of new information or new development. The reason I like El Cazador is basically the same reason why I fell in love with a series like Jigoku Shoujo, despite its revenge-of-the-week theme.

Bee-Train basically has its own unique style of storytelling, and you'll either hate it or love it. I'm personally a huge fan of it. If you didn't like it, then I recommend you to stay away from shows like Avenger and Tsubasa Chronicle.

Forgive me but you obviously watched Claymore with your eyes and your mind closed. The last 3 episodes were cliched but overall the previous episodes of the Northern Arc has some of the best episodes.
And I really don't understand why you think El Cazador is awesome through and through, I would like to hear your summarized reason if possible. There are way too many side quests that don't show anything and drag the show on to the bitter end. What you call character development is doable in half of the time the show took. Please don't forget that this show doesn't belong in the "Girls with Gun" Trilogy" AT ALL despite what the creator thinks. Its OP and ED just show many things that are not even there in the show. The whole thing feels like a trick to get people to think there's more to it but there isn't. Sure, Nadie and Elis's characters and relationships really do develop, but the development is dragged out and too long. Fine, why not make this show 200 episodes so they can go on different side quests forever?
Good call on "Seirei no Moribito". This is an awesome show that doesn't get talked about enough. That's a shame because it's got great story and nice characterization.
Thanks for the hard work on reviewing and summarizing this many shows.
