It's gonna take some time, depending on how the author wants her story to come out. The 2nd sesaon for the anime, they say, will also have 39 episodes. We all don't know what would happen until then. About this episode, Shuuei must have indeed been visiting his brothers. I like this part of the story, actually. Since Episode 23, Shuurei has been exposed to the realities of the world in which she decides to enter. She needed a lot of growing up to function as an official properly. ^_^ @ maria, Ryuuki and Lady Shirley… that question still has not been answered even in the novels nor the manga.
