This episode really made me cry.

Gavroche, Shushu and Cosette finally met.

They've been through so much as kids.

I wish they were able to continue an amazing

friendship.

Yes , he sings the same song Cosette used to sing him when they were children. Remember when his mother didn't want him crying at home.
It's rather hard to believe that he had it in his mind all along.

His name's spelled Enjolras....ooooh.

*neglected Shocose for, like, 3 months now, needs to return to watching it regularly*

Was it the "lullaby, lullaby, oyasumi" song Gavroche was singing, or a differnet one? (doesn't remember hearing Cosette sing any other songs) Because, in the book and the original French version of the musical, Gavvy sings a song about Voltaire and Rousseau at the barricades, and in the English version of the musical he sings one about how great little people like himself are.

And Cosette actually does something! ^_^;;

oh my god, finally, the episode I've been waiting for: Gavroche's death. Poor, poor Gavroche T___T For the most part, it sounds like they kept things the same, thank goodness, I was really worried they were gonna screw it up, but it sounds like they did it okay ^^; However, I have to wonder if, by your sentence about how Cosette sees him in his final seconds, the two truly remember each other. I had hoped the anime would forget about the friendship the two used to have...but I guess I got my hopes up XPP; It seems to be changing Cosette again, which is making me fear it'll start changing other stuff. In the book Cosette never left the comforts of her house, but here she's truly taking control of her life and trying to make sense of things. I wonder what they're going to have her do as the fight continues o__O Surely she won't want to stand and watch as her love and father are fighting...
