Wow. Great episode. Well, great doesn't even begin to describe it.

You probably already know this since you finished Ghost Hound ages ago, but it's Masayuki's mother that has gone missing, not his sister. I was surprised too when that detail was revealed last episode.

I had a creepy feeling that Hirata was going to be pushed down the stairs at one point. And Miyako's friend...was Noriko her grandmother? If so, that's just plain weird.

I do think this show has some stereotypical bad guys personally. The research team is up to something no good. I just know it.

It is Masayuki's mom, I'm almost completely sure. Both Masayuki and his dad seemed to refer to her as 'mama' when they respectively noticed her absence. That IS something that went over to Japanese from English or some other Latin-influenced language, right?
Snark dude's name seems to be Kaebara, as well. And is it just me, or was what Kei gave Makoto Sanae's suicide note? (Randomly, it looks like Kei might like Kaebara, who thusly seems very popular for someone people on Nicovideo keep commenting on as a NEET, but MakotoxKei OTP FTW.)
. . .Suzuki looking at bitch doctor's boobs on his laptop nearly made me fall off my chair. . .
And, last episode, didn't old guy mention a 'Katsuragi?' B/c subbed 14 mentioned that Mt. Katsuragi had a shrine to the god of the one word or whatever.
My first thought was to wonder if old guy pushed Takahito. Miyako finding him was really depressing, too. And then the episode had to get all BAD END. Cliffhangers aren't nice.
Long comment apologies.

Motherfuck**g slow subs.
Each time you publish an article on Ghost Hound, I damn the world, God, myself, Barack Obama and even Suzumiya Haruhi. Yet another week has passed without any sign of subs...
I love this show. Simply and purely.

I still think that's his mom. In one of the episodes there was a picture of masayuki in kindergarten or something holding his fathers and that womens hand.
