Production IG is too busy doing Ghost Hound and WAS too busy doing Seirei no Moribito in the last period. They just sent the money to Trans Arts to do this anime ; they "produced" the anime, didn't do the animation nor the script nor anything. It's like saying that Marvelous Entertainment did Gunslinger Girl... This is no Production IG.
