The first episode has awful pacing, doesn't explain anything, and has no energy to it whatsoever. You can't get into the themes or development because it's so boring. I have yet to watch Toshokan Sensou, but I'm definitely interested, I don't see how a IG show running in the Noitamina slot can turn out bad. Can't say I liked Junjo Romantica though.
