Himitsu ~The Revelation~ - 08
OMG! WTF! When I started watching this episode, I had totally forgotten that this series comes from the same production-company as Shigurui. This episode was utterly incredible, but let me put up a warning: if you can’t stand gore or are female, then stay far, far away from it. God, that was disturbing. Here I was, believing that this series wouldn’t go beyond the incest and homosexuality of episode three.
I don’t even want to fully understand this episode. Even without knowledge about what was being said, the themes and messages are rock-solid, and they hit you incredibly hard. I refuse to spoil things, but let’s just say that Madhouse is an animation-company that doesn’t care about censors. Really, even Shigurui didn’t freak me out this much!
God, I love this series.
Oh, I remember reading this story in the manga. God, it was so disturbing. I can’t imagine what it would be like animated.

OMG I have to watch this episode! I love Himitsu, but that what you said..!!?
It sounds just great; an anime which isn’t disturbing somehow isn’t a very good anime.
Damn; I am watching just a few series this season (the most are too boring) and this few shows are EXACTLY the show that almost nobody want’s to sub… Kaiba, RD and Himitsu, ths show I love the most, are subbed lame as ever…I cant wait…x X

I’ve read the manga and it sure had a lot of disturbing stuff and even if I’m female I freakin’ love it!!!! This episode seems to be based from the manga. . . sadly you didn’t put spoilers xD *spoiler freak* but you sure made me much more excited to watch this episode *_* SUBS!!!! COME OUT NOW!!! xD

Ah! Thank you very much! *just read the manga because she couldn’t wait for the subs anymore* Brrr, I have to agree, this is a very chilling case, but creepily and well handled.
(Anyone else noticed slight similarities between Himitsu episode 4 and the fifth volumn of Tokyo Babylon?)

I did. And I thought it was way better handled in Tokyo Babylon than in this Himitsu episode.

I am barely waiting for the subed release (I don’t want to miss anything ^^U)…
And this one is one of the best show of the past season (there are one or two more… but)
