The fights of Shikabane Hime have been quick so far, and I haven't seen anything yet that proved to be so disastrous for other shounen-series. Well, it’s not immediately bad: shows of the likes of Soul Eater, Bleach and Naruto actually did have a lot of potential, they just ruined themselves with bad execution, by endlessly dragging out fights with pointless exposition and very inconsistent power levels.
