We got the Kor thing after one episode, no need to go much further than that. Doing more than two episodes on such a lame monster-of-the-week (its entire motif is a pair of skeletal CG wings. Is that seriously it?) is just indulgent. Akuma, Hollows, etc are viable shounen MofW villians as they can be creative and imaginative. The Tors are just...bland, too much time spent on those. Major themes like TEITO LIEK MIKAGE were obvious from the first episode and it felt like The Matrix the amount of times it was repeated. Yes we get it. That and all other themes could have been remixed and complete in half the time it took. A training arc shouldn't be happening after 3 hours of airtime, it should be episode 6 or 7, perhaps. The church is nice, but I would have thought the focus would have left it by now. And yet the whole plot is destined to stay there for even more time, it seems. For some reason, it's a hooking show, but the storywriting is criminal.
